7th Annual Indy Juneteenth Celebration Vendor Registration.

THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON June 15th AT Noon at Military Park 601 W. New York St. (Not Memorial Park)

Thank you vendors. You all are the shining star of every event. Without your support so many things would not be able to happen for Indy Juneteenth and we want you to know how appreciated you are. This is our 7th Year and we are excited for what is in store. You will have the option to setup the day prior just like last year. Many of you have been with us since day one, and others, this may be your first time. We are a phone call or email away for any questions. We try to improve the vendor experience each year. IN JUNE you will receive a map and more information regarding setup times for load in and load out.

Vendor Information

Booth Spaces are $100 until February 28th. After February 28th, the price will increase. This is an outdoor rain or shine event. The event will take place at Military Park. 601 W New York St. Downtown Indianapolis, IN. Please feel out the information below so that you can have your space secured for the festival. Last year we reached nearly 15,000 people and a few vendors made nearly $5000 in one day. 

Your booth space includes 10X15 foot space that you will be allowed to setup however you see fit. You will have to bring your own table and chairs. If you are bringing a large trailer or would like a larger setup, you will be required to be purchase two vendor spaces. Should you want a specific location or to be placed next to a certain vendor, please list that in the Booth Description below. We are  looking forward to an amazing event and can not wait to see you all!!!

Food Vendors

Please make sure that you have all permits needed to be a food vendor in Marion County. Keep in mind that Military Park is monitored by the state and you need to have the necessary items approved by the state to serve food at Military Park. If you need a list of requirements, please reach out to James Webb at If you need more clarification from the State of Indiana to make sure your setup is a breeze, please contact
